David L. Erickson, LLC,

David Erickson received a B.S.
degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England College and a
J.D. degree in Law from the University of Denver. He has practiced law
for many years. He consults with other respected law firms,
and with the boards of business and nonprofit corporations. He
can provide analysis of complex commercial transactions, prepare
written reports and provide expert testimony.
Mr.
Erickson also arbitrates commercial, financial and construction
disputes for the American Arbitration Association and securities and
employment disputes for FINRA (NASD Dispute Resolution and the New York
Stock Exchange). The Biographical

Erickson's book, Early Justice and the
Formation of the Colorado Bar©, published
in 2008 by the Colorado Bar-CLE, was a finalist for the Colorado
Authors' League Top Hand Award. A selection
